About Bráulio
Born in Colatina, Espirito Santo, Brazil he has been playing guitar for 20 years, starting at the age of 13. Bráulio has won multiple instrumental awards and performed in many venues, theater productions, festivals and concerts throughout Brazil and the United States.

Like most young guitarists he started out playing Rock music on Electric Guitar with his high school band before falling in love with the art of Classical Guitar.

Beginning his formal musical study at the Federal University of Espirito Santo in Brazil with a Bachelors degree in Music Education, Bráulio continued on with a full ride scholarship to complete a Masters degree at Oklahoma City University
and a Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, both in Guitar Performance.

Dr. Bosi was for four years the guitar instructor at the prestigious Conservatory of Music and Dance of the University of Missouri - Kansas City, where he also researched in the field of performing arts medicine. He lectured at the famous GFA Convention, co-authored a book on musician’s health entitled “The Musician’s Health in Focus: Multiple Perspectives” and published multiple academic articles on the same topic of an injury free career.

Currently, Bráulio runs a private guitar and ukulele studio in Waikiki, Hawaii with in-person and online lessons.
